MiniUDS build, July 4th weekend camping pron heavy
Just wanted to share my growing addiction. My original UDS was too big to
fit into the camper, so I managed to snag a 16gal drum - perfect  Burned it out early last week, picked up the parts needed, then loaded the camper and headed out. Once setup on the site I completed my build.       Obligatory fatty for maiden run Friday evening    Kids and dog enjoying the site     July 4th cook, ribs and picinic roast for pulled pork, the MiniUDS was loaded!

That's pretty sweet. I didn't realize the small weber lid fits a 30 gal. barrel so well. And what is that you used for the charcoal basket? Nice mini. I love it!
