Default My Dirty Brisket...with pROn

Got my package in the mail this week and finally got a chance to try out some of Todd's Dirt.
I gave it a good rub down with yellow mustard, then put on a good coat of Todd's Dirt, Jaccarded it then dusted it with a little bit of Weber's Chicago Steak Seasoning.
I didn't get any pics of the prep...but here are some of the finished product:

Damn good stuff there...
Thanks Todd...and all you other farkers out there who convinced me to give his Dirt a try...
Another weapon in my arsenal!

Nice looking brisket! I like Dirt on chicken and pork chops. I'm not sure if the flavors are right for brisket, but if you liked it, they must be!
