My first try at ribs pron

I had done chicken, pork loin etc. before with great results, so we went to the store this mornin and got some ribs and a pack of mixed chicken. Mixed up some secret rub, (can a noob really have secret stuff?). Threw it to the ribs while the chicken was soakin in salt/sugar water with squeezed lemon juice and rosemary.

A little chicken wing appetizer

Ribs after foil, really lookin good. About to hitem with some Stubbs sauce, (good stuff).

Chicken coming along good also.

Looks good, now that's how you're suppose to eat ribs. If you aint all juiced, up you aint eatin' them right. JMO

That last one reminds me of Memphis in May BBQ Sauce wrastlin' (pretty nasty stuff).

The last picture is all the approval rating you need! Whenever I try a new sauce recipe , etc, my 8 year old critiques it, if I get the double thumbs up I know its good. Well done onthe ribs!!
