Default Grilled Halibut Corn and Carrots



White Corn butter, salt, pepper, and Vidalia Onions wrapped in foil


On the Egg at 350*

Halibut with salt ,pepper Paul Prudhomme's Blackened Redfish Magic

On the Egg for 4-min. a side

Off after 8-min.

This was tasty.

Sweet corn and Vidalias. Man I love both of them but never thought of together. Hmmm I wonder about dicing them and cooking in a load 'o butter then brushing on the corn.
