Yes you can. Bring the pizza stone up to temp with the grill, and make sure whatever you put on the stone isnt too cold once the stone is hot, otherwise you will crack the stone.

Nope send it to me and I'll try it for you and report back.


Ok seriously I use one and it works fine. If you set it on 3 fire bricks the fire bricks will cause cold spots and where the brick isn't will be hot.

I agree with Zilla. Mine is 5/8" thick I also have a cast iron from Lodge that works great also. I also sprinkle corn meal for a base on either to prevent sticking.
