Default finished Ribs-5hrs.,no foil.......:)-

A good day for the "QUE" Master
220*F for 5 hours and no foil, Cherry wood and 3 Rootbeers(the only kind I can have).

The BIL came swooping in 30min. before pull time,I thought about letting him take them on, but thought better about it(reputation thingy). The FIL had been here visiting and I let him take his on too. So all I had left to photograph were these.

My Niece's Grad. Party next weekend, I'll post it then.....

Thanks for looking,SMOKE HAPPY ;}-
