Fatty, egg, bacon, cheese on an English Muffin

Just plain running out of new ideas for breakfast for these guys! I think I did something like this on a Chiabatta Roll about 6 months ago or so. If I did and posted it, please excuse the redundancy.

The fatty was smoked night before last; Made up of 2 lbs. JD Hot, 1/3 of a chopped white onion and seasoned with TD... and a bacon weave tossed over for good measure. The sandwich contained 2 eggs, 4 strips on Hormel Ranch Style Bacon, a 1/2 thick cut of the fatty and a piece of Pepper Jack Cheese on a buttered (not margeriane) generic English Muffin.

Man, that looks great! The ole' bacon & eggs just don't hold a candle to that!!
