Default Proper Gloves

What kind of gloves does everyone use while handleing/preping food. We use the standard white ones you can find at Depot or Walmart. I was told recently that I should be using blue gloves because the white one had some sort of "protective film"??????

i use the disposable clear ones from sam's club-in the catering supply section.

We actually use the blue ones we get at work. The white ones are latex and we have found that some people have a latex allergy.

That's not necessarily true.

Nitrile gloves come in all colors, including blue, green, purple, black and white. Only by checking the box label can you be sure what gloves are made of.

We use Black Lightning, powder free nitrile gloves. Love em!
