Pricing in line?
I have a friend who's family is wanted me to cater a bbq and would like to know if my pricing is in line. I want to be fair to them and me. This is based on 50 people. Thanks for your input.
For pick up Option #1 Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork BBQ Sauce Two Sides $9.00 Per person Option #2 Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork Sauce Smoked Chicken Two Sides $10.25 Per person Fully catered Complete meal catered on site. Includes all paper plates, utensils, cups, lemonade and sweet tea. BBQ pit on site with servers. Option #3 Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork Sauce Two Sides $13.00 Per Person Option #4 Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork Sauce Smoked Chicken Two Sides $14.25 Per Person |

 i'd say go to your local chain/crap catering place & ask for the same price what they would do for you & cut yer cost to undercut them(unless it's quality or friend for/of yours you want) been done to me so i did it back.ya may not get a profit but the quality & word out sure makes up on the next gig.
