On the grill at 325*

Turned at 15-min

Off the grill

Served with Pork and Beans and Sauerkraut
Good meal

Ross, I had a brat tonight too.

Hey, keep something like in mind for next weeks Throwdown.....a bratwurst and sauerkraut would be considered barbecue and a side from around the world.

Thanks for bringing me back into reality with the TD. I was venturing out a little further in theory. I am well grounded now.

Brats look great. I am a fan of kraut as of recent, though it has been red.
