I thought I had better get to posting some pics, otherwise the cooks didn't happen, right?!
Ribs - not too good...had way too much brown sugar in the rub and they burned..I had to sauce them afterwards to make them palatable....brisket was very good, but smoke ring was almost non existant - I need to work on my rubs, or just buy some, as I have been throwing some together from the spices in the pantry lately.
