I am looking for some plans or general directions on how to build an offset type smoker similar to a Lang or Meadow Creek. I've found a 250g tank, and I know what I want, just need some decent ideas on how to make it all happen.

When you say tank, do you mean fuel oil tank, or LP tank?
If you meant LP, PM me and I'll send you my plans and a link with my pics.
