Need some help building a smoker...
I am looking for some plans or general directions on how to build an offset type smoker similar to a Lang or Meadow Creek. I've found a 250g tank, and I know what I want, just need some decent ideas on how to make it all happen.

When you say tank, do you mean fuel oil tank, or LP tank?
