Talking jerked chicken abt's and other assorted apps

yesterday, with some of the leftover chicken from the 6 chickens thread, i made some abt's filled with smoked chicken and then added some pussers rum jerk rub in the inside and the outside of the abt.









then i took them and tattoo all down to a party at a friend's in cincy. i made grilling cheese and cheddar sausages from grandpa's cheese barn

dang it i was gonna try this the first time around but thought it wouldnt taste good to have chicken in the pepper. Now im gonna try it with my pulled pork.

Looks good. i like all the cookers, specially the itty bitty LGE(lil green egg)
