First uds cook for me with pics
Here you go:
the abt mix ins the abt's all ready to go my smallish butts On the UDS with smallish butts on plate with pork butts not pulled yet pulled pork and abt's the final product

Congtrats on the first cook! I'm sure there will be many more. Did a brisket last night on the UDS and it is crazy how easy these things are to use. Ran for 15.5 hrs straight at 220-235 with out any work, no kicking or shaking at all.
