WSM Smoke Day V a day late...

I hope it's still acceptable. I spent yesterday doing a test burn with the new Stoker.
Today I have two pork butts on and I'm felling a little guilty because I haven't had to do squat.
Other then a couple of clicks of the mouse there's nothing for me to do but take a nap.

We have scattered showers in the forecast so here's my weather proof set-up.

My baby doesn't need me anymore.

Total time was just under 15 hours. I didn't wrap them in foil to finish this time.
Not as tender and juicy compared to wrapping. Still good with a crunchy bark but I will go back to foiling.
