Default Yardbird everything - pron attached

Did some "yard" work and thought I'd keep the thing going with dinner. First of all I found these two beauties in the backyard. Later I dipped them in an egg wash, dropped them into flour and yardbird. Fried them in butter and then sprinkled with Yardbird! Then fired up the UDS and put on some chicken (wrapped with bacon) that had a dusting of Yardbird. Foiled and tossed the taters in. Once on the plate, the taters got a splash of Yardbird It all got washed down with two of these!

I grew up in McCook, NE and we used to go Shroom hunting when I was a kid (like 5). Crazy how you remember that stuff many moons later.

Looks great! I have to admit, I have no idea what kind of shrooms those are.

Man, I miss my morel mushrooms -- the one they keep trying to domesticate but can never subdue! My sister still hunts them in Illinois, so I will get served some out of her frozen stash next time I visit. Nice score!
