Corned Beef Bottom Round
I've home corned fresh rounds and chuckies, but today at Albertsons I picked up some Shenson brand corned beef rounds. They were 4# ones with a nice trim job. I had never seen them before. Anybody ever try them??? Looks like some pastrami is in my future.
