Hello from NC
Hello Everyone!
My name is Scott and I live in Mount Holly, NC. I've been lurking on this site for about a month now and decided to finally register. I've been 'queing seriously for a little over a year now. I started out on a CharBroil Silver Smoker with all the mods and have been hooked since the first smoke! I had been looking to upgrade to a bigger, more professional unit to handle cooking more food for my hungry friends as we host parties all summer long at our house and barbecue is the #1 requested menu item. I just recently became the new owner of a pull behind offset. I came across a deal while on vacation in Florida and couldn't pass it up. My wife and I have decided to try our hand this year in several local contests. Our team name is Sauced! BBQ Team so feel free to give me a shout if you see us out and about. |
