**Mini Drum Smoker**
I finished my new Mini Drum Smoker today! It is a BDS 1427 clone and it has an extra lid - a Weber Smokey Joe for another 3" for a total 9" grate height.
Bought the drum new for $20.   Test charcoal basket  14" Weber grate  Don't ask me why? I just had to do it! Coming soon....

Brian, I am confused (that's pretty common) but the diameter is 27 3/4 inches? What am I missing here?
