Default Sunday dinner

Been a while since I fired up the smoker.......so I cooked a little bit today.

Started with a small chicken

marinated overnight in Italian dressing

added a few things to the mix

stuffed a 1 pound sausage with a couple of peppers and then coated with a rub of my making.

rubbed the chicken down!

some corn on the cob!

some taters, onions and green beans!

on the cooker!!

a view of part of my yard!

all done and ready to serve!!

on the plate!

No Bee Gee in the pics. Miss Erma cooked all of it.

She cooked up some mean looking grub, JP. I'd keep her.
