Default cinco de mayo ribs

finally a day w/out rain so i did up 7 slabs(w/ 7 rubs),pooter shooter pintos w/ burnt ends,& camp taters.
also- moldy mesquite from walmart- can you say boycott....

I feel your pain brother. I've been trying to spray for nutsedge for 2 weeks, but it requires 4 hours without rain, and it finally happened yesterday.
As far as the spread, that looks freaking awesome. Which rub did you end up liking best?

for comps-mine ya get 1 bite or 2 before the heat hits ya.
for family & friends-the flyin' swine from fred's music & bbq supply was pretty good-not too hot & not too sweet..

I noticed you use oven therms in you pit. Do know about the dish soap trick to keep them clean?

i'm not sure about soap fumes in my smoke so... after they get hot i just spit on them & rub them w/ a rough leather glove...lmao
