We had almost the same thing for dinner the other night (chicken-apple sausages instead of Italian, and rolls instead of tortillas) and I can vouch for the tastiness of this meal. I'll be darned if I can take pictures that look that good though...

Nice Rick. I got tired of tortillas tearing on me and switched to pitas. Really like a lightly toasted pita from the egg with about anything. Great pics.
