Default Chicken Sausage Terra Chip Carolina Reaper Nachos

Made a bunch of sausage last week and still have some that I smoked leftover. So tonight I turned the chicken sausage into nachos. I haven't done nachos with terra chips before and wanted to give that a try .

Getting things ready. The carolina reaper powder is perfect for heat with a little flavor used in moderation. It can get out of control if you don't watch it

Chopped some onion and put that on and then the cheese and then under the broiler

Out of the oven

And plated with sour cream and cilantro

The terra chips were awesome for nachos. Give a new spin on the dish and tasted great. Might be my new go to nacho chip .

Fantastic looking meal.

Like sylntghost I have plenty of Reapers in the freezer. I also have copious amounts or Bhuts, Jigsaws and others.

Reapers have a great flavor, but are a tad hot.
