i didn't see your question before, but look at that first pic for awhile and look at the cast iron grid, that's how i get the grill marks. and btw, how long will she hold the remote? hahaha! i just saw that

Those are all great looking steaks, but I do tend to like my steak like desertdog or even more so on the rare side.
