Default What a great Sunday

Wife and I took a ride to our annual area canoe races and stopped at some friends house for a great visit. After we got home I was outside smoking a chicken and talking to a potential buyer for my Harley and I saw a car in the driveway and thought maybe someone else was looking at the bike and when I went in it was a 20 year old girl that used to live across the street that we haven't seen in years. She had stopped in to say hi to the wife and myself. I was completely floored when I saw her. We asked her to stay for dinner and she accepted but come to find out she was a vegetarian. No problem we fixed here pearl onions, spagetti squash, wild rice and pasta. I can't tell you how good of a visit we had it made my whole weekend seeing her again. I just wanted to tell everyone how great a time we had. And we didn't need meat but it didn't stop me. Oh yeah chicken was terrific with the free dry rub from Freds Music and BBQ. Thanks for listening.
