New Guru arrived. 22 WSM delivered to the depo hopefully soon.
3 bone 9.8 lb ribeye roast over hickory and cherry, rubbed down with kosher and Black Ops.

Time to pull. 145 internal.

After about 4 hours in the cooler while we invested in holiday cheer

Had a mild smoky flavor. Mostly attributed to the Black Ops. Very little ring to speak of.

I would hit that I like mine pulled at a lower temp but yours does look good
