Ribs look great.

How do you like the asparagus on a plank? Does it take up much flavor? I might have to try that.

To answer your question I LOVE it on a plank, 2nd how much flavor does it add… just enough to wow your party and to make you a big hit. I was out of cheese but add some of you favorite cheese at the end. I like blue cheese or feta on mine.
