The hot is good on just about anything, but it is really good on Brisket.

For a while I was using SGH on all four meats in comps and was successful with it.. Not my personal preference it was good stuff though and for comps the judges seemed to like it.

I like the hot on ribs the best. But It doesnt suck on anything.
