Default Primo Delmonico - enjoy

This was the first time I have had a Delmonico steak. Good flavor but too much fat for us.

But first, I had to kick back and relax

After dinner

Now that looks good enough Mike.

How do you like your Primo ? Do you still use any other grill since you bought it ?

I got my Primo disassembled cause im painting the table at the moment.
Might throw some lamb loin on the mini egg later, though.

A great looking meal, fantastic beer, CAO & Fuente and what looks like a Xikar cutter and lighter. Nice way to roll at the end of a day.

DM, I have only used my small Weber a couple times, and even sold my WSMs and Performer. Can't see any reason to cook on anything else

Rick, It didn't say and I am not sure, kind of looked like the one cut from ribeye, but I was not impressed with it. Half of it was good and tender, the other half...well

Most excellent pron sir...I've never had a Delmonico steak before...go figure! I too enjoy an occasional cigar with a fine port or cabernet...

Wow. I didn't know those two concepts could be in close proximity. I always thought that grilled steak fat was a reason to go on living!

I thought Delmonico's were ribeyes...with a little help from google, I found out that was only partially true:
