Default Banner maker suggestions?

I need to get a couple of banners made soon and I need recommendations on who to use.....I thought there were some brethren that make them, but can't remember who. If there's someone in the northeast (NYC/LI, especially) even better.....Thanks!

There is a post in woodpile about a company that is selling free banners. I have two, and they cost me $11.00 each for shipping.
