Default gotta gloat - apple wood

It's been a good weekend up here in Seattle for me. First I picked a free Weber 22.5" kettle off CL, then I scored all the wood from a decent sized apple tree. Only problem is my wife's out of town and she's not a fan of wood piles. I gotta get it all bucked up and sawn to length and stacked neatly to minimize the shock when she gets home .. she'll continue to enjoy the apple-smoked meats, though! I'm still finishing up the wood from the plum tree we took down last year, real glad to get the apple.

If anyone local wants to swap some other smoking wood for some apple, either post back here or hit me up directly by getting my email address here: - thanks!
