CL find question

Just wondering if anyone new anything about these. Do they hold temps good and good on fuel mileage? I like the idea of 3 racks. Thanks

Yep, I have a couple of them, good for starting off and learning how to do it. I have not used mine in a couple of years however they have cooked many parties. Only problem is Lots of temperature variation inside and keep the water pan full. Add two more temp gauges for three on the door to measure top, middle and lower part of cooker, so you can keep the door shut and know what it is inside.. On cold days (under 45*) wrap in a blanket...But you should be able to pick up for less than 60 posted...good luck!

I'm not all that impressed with mine. I cut slits in the pan and elevated it it burns better than it used to. I use it when I have to

Well I already have a UDS and a Chargrill, so I may pass if it's not going to surpass either of those. I just wanted more capacity. I'm now on to trying to convert a freezer if I can figure out how to do it.
