Nice job everyone, I had to go with RTD. Dude, that duck is screaming my name. Pull mine at 145* please I love duck but have been really busy lately and haven't been able to cook like I like to.

I went with Diva I think he had a great presentation , RtD look good also. I like skidder plate also. All of them look like 5***** food to me.

Not many entries but I still learned a lot. Grilled duck breast is going to be in my near future.

Rick got my vote for that outstanding looking grilled breast.
