Default Presmoking Ribs

Going up to the cabin and can't bring my Traeger :( I am going to precook (smoke for 3-4 hours) the 8 pork side ribs tonight and finish them off in the oven at the cabin on Monday. Do you think I should leave them in the fridge until then or safer to freeze them (I am worried about ruining them).

What do you think? (besides that its not the best situation)

Thanks in advance for your input.

They should be fine refrigerated til Monday. I don't see a need to freeze them.

If you have a vacu-sealer it will keep the best, but even in the fridge for just a couple days should be fine
