Default Aloha 'O kou

Paul from Maui, Hawaii..... For the past week or so I've been cruising through the site and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. In fact i got so excited about the UDS, that I signed up, subscribed and am a lid and a fire box away from starting my project. Being that I've only grilled or threw everything into the imu this is going to be different and interesting.
