Default Simply Marvelous Pork Steaks!

Using Big Brother Smokes Sweet n Spicy rub on some pork steaks!

Cooking indirect on the Weber kettle with some Peecan wood!

Glazing with Sa-Mokin Competition Recipe BBQ Sauce...

By imn88fan

Final product after about 3 hrs on the kettle...

By imn88fan

The Simply Marvelous has a nice sweetness to it that works great on the pork with a pleasant hint of heat on the backside. Not to hot that the girls didn't love it but definetly there.
I have done well with the Sa-mokin sauce, winning a rib burn with it and it goes nicely with the rub combo.
This sauce also won a 5th at the NBBQA sauce contest last month!

I tried the Simply Marvelous on a Beef tip bottom roast this past weekend.

Fantastic stuff!
