Default Utah Get Together

Here's a link to a little get together we had in SLC yesterday, the Frostbite Challenge. I didn't fare so well, 5th in flat iron steak and tied for 3rd on the pheasant. (lost the coin toss tho) In the pics I did the enchilada dish (pheasant) and the steak wraps...

Congratulations on your entries, I don't know that I would even attempt pheasant! When are we going to run across you next?

Ok so I spent a lot of time analyzing those pics and first let me say that I am proud to be your son. Those enchiladas yeah I'd eat them in a heartbeat. The wraps looked a little too healthy for me so my favorite in that category was them sandwiches thems looked good sumpin fierce. Now I just have to put one more thing in there, I suppose its been a while since we last saw each other but you seem to be sporting quite a bit of grey... Love you Grandpa.

How can you not grin when T's taking your pic? As for seeing you, we have two cooks going in SLC in June are you coming to either? Snowbird and one at the fairgrounds the first week of the month. Both are sanctioned and I think both will be qualifiers. I'll be at both, so maybe you guys could skip one to let me have a chance

People do seem to grin around T, don't they?

We'll be at Snowbird for sure, don't know about the other for now. Is Rock 'n Ribs on again later this year?
