Default Cheek to cheek

Here is a pic of the beef cheek meat I smoked yesterday. Someone will have to tell me if the pic posted, my computer does not seem to be able to view photos these days, also have notice some people's avatar pic are not showing up either.

Anyway back to the meat of the matter. It was not bad kind of reminded me of a point that had a little more fat content than usual. It was very tender but had a kind of heavy grease feel to it. I am going to try it chopped with some slaw and maybe some of the NC sauce I now have on a bun, to help cut some of that greasiness.
