Who is doing Kookers kare next week in KC? This will be my first and was wondering what to expect.

You will have fun. Once you get there and get set up tou will be given as many pork butts as you can cook and the rub. Rub the pork and cook it...and maybe even drink some beverages. Let us know when your pork is done and we will pick it up and bag it for you. There is also a Texas Hold'em game Friday night that should be a lot of fun. We will have dinner Friday night and breakfast Saturday morning for all of the cooks and their teams.

Thank You for supporting Kookers Kare and all of the food banks that we support. Last year we donated about 8,000 pounds of pork during this event and it should be even more this year.
