Default Maiden UDSki Run

Still adding some parts ( 2" exhaust and a future lid handle) but wanted to give the drum a test run. Sooo air tight. Fantastic results. Temps ran smooth and easy. Chicks were pre salted, rubbed at cooking time. Oak wine barrel and pecan. Great smoke infusion. Very satisfied, first time out. I need to dial down on fuel, especially wit such a short cook. I just wanted to be prepared. Thanks DDT for getting me off my arse and getting this done.

That is the best looking UDS I have seen in quite a while. True UDS form. Love it!

I'm a deliberate thinker Dale! I would of brought some but they ate it up! Can't wait to move to the next run.
