The numbers have CHANGED!!

The event I posted about earlier for 50-75 people is now 125! So I have ordered 2 cases of whole packer briskets, 1 1/2 cases of chicken thighs , 4 gallons mashed potatoes, 4 gallons smoked beans, 4 gallons coleslaw and a crap load of brownies. Were charging $12 a head and they have given us our 50% deposit, things are starting to come together

125 people at $12 = $750 profit. We bake our own brownies. Use Sam's Club boxes of Hershey Brownies, 3 pouches to a 1/2 sheet pan = about 50 servings per pan.

If things keep up we may be able to get our kitchen on wheels sooner then later!
I'm just happy they called us, they were referred to us by someone that ate our food at a catering gig last week, last year these guys used Famous Dave's, I'm thinking they won't think twice in calling us after they eat our food
