Default Shelf life of roasted garlic

I still have a mashed bulb of that bacon roasted garlic in the fridge. Is it still good, or should it be chucked? Thanks

If it don't come off a smoker, it's just a side dish!

It will be a week tomorrow. It's not that it is expensive, it was just sooo good.

On stuff like that I do use the 7 day rule... Not gone in 7 days, it goes out... That's the rules...

Not all that hard (or expensive) to make some more... Next time save some in the freezer...

Popdaddy wrote a song about this long ago

"when it comes to roasted garlic
its on the shelf
and when nobody 'round
i get it down
and and
give it the smell of my self!
Heyyyy"

I love that song

It still looks and smells good, but I think that I will chuck it. It just isn't worth the risk. Thanks all.
