TriTip and Chicken at Sam's
In this part of the country Sam's is the best place to get Tri Tip. It is coming from their Angus program, very nicely marbled. By the case, it's 3.64/lb today...
Sam's is now private labeling chicken around here. They used to carry 6lb packs of Tyson's. In the Tyson's, there were 15 or sixteen breasts. In the Members Mark I got today, there were 8 breasts in 6lbs. These things look like they came from turkeys. They are really sort of scarey.... Mod, please move this to Q Talk...

Hey Jeff the chicken is still Tyson's. They are just putting another label with new specs for sizes in the packages. Sorry I hope I didn't bust your bubble.
