Default Weber Kettle Tritip

I recently picked up a Weber Kettle on clearance at Target: http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...d.php?t=213032

I don't know why I didn't get one sooner, it been great. Did a pair of tritips and they came out really good.

Thanks everyone!

The kettle really made it easy. Charcoal and a few wood chunks on one side, tritip on the other side, vents wide open with the exhaust over the meat, flipped every 10 minutes unit it hit 140*.
