Default Couple O quick questions

At my computer for only a short while. Threw a pot (chuck?) roast on this morning and am going to put on a rack of beef ribs for dinner. How long for each at 220? Anybody out there?

Depends on size...figure 1.5 to 2 hours per lb for the chuckie and for beef ribs, mine usually take 6-8 hours.

Golden rule is they are done when they are done...
