Default Large cook this weekend

Will be pulling the lang out of the garage this weekend to do 16 ea. 9lb. butts and 7ea. 14lb whole packer briskets and 3 slabs of ribs and maybe some fatties. Been doing to many benefits with spagetti and need to get back to some good Q.

Sounds like one heck of a way to get back! Sounds like one heck of alot of good food. I've got a 8 lb turkey breast I'm doing up tomorrow.

140lbs of butts .. 100lbs of brisket and "3" slabs of ribs??? Is that scraps for the cook?
Sounds like a fun cook.

Nothing comes close to yours.......also doing some cobbler in dutchoven for the boys during the night. Also the ribs and fatties are for them.
