Default Pepper and Garlic Salt Crusted Prime Rib


Prime Rib Pepper, Garlic Salt and Water to make a past

Here it is

On the Egg at 325* approx. 17-min. per lb.

Pulled at 125* internal

Let rest for 30-min


Then carve, I cooked this New Years Day 2009.
