Default Waynes Legs

Been keeping an eye open for some turkey drumsticks to smoke, and founds some last week. With a balmy 50 degree weather report for last sunday, i decided it was time to pop the cherry on a UDS that i built. Used thirdeyes brine recipe, and was not disappointed. If you can find some legs, i would definitely give it a try. Thanks Wayne. I'll try the pressure cook finish you suggest next time, and smoke more than six.
