What's up my BBQ'n Bruthas. Just stopping by to introduce myself. I'm from North Jersey (bout 10 miles outside NYC) Been cooking for 20 years. Graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and was a chef for 10 years. Always a huge fan of cooking slow and low. Finally got the guts to enter BBQ competition this year. My team consists of me, my brother in-law (also a fellow Brethren member), and his brother. Our team name is 3 Men and a Baby Back.. Our first competition is up in Rochester, NY at the Roc City Rib Fest.
