Possibly a dumb question, but where exactly do you find any type of casing that is 530m long?

I wondered the EXACT same thing. I'm thinking it was either a custom made collagen casing, or they know a way to switch from one casing to another and still have one continuous sausage. Either way, it's pretty cool.
